Happy birthday, Shay Mitchell!

The actress turned 33 years old on Friday (April 10), and she got so much birthday love from her former Pretty Little Liars co-stars.

“Even throughout a global pandemic, quarantine, and rain… this is the most grateful I’ve ever felt on a birthday,” Shay captioned the Instagram post below, featuring a funny TikTok video. “Stay safe, and stay home. Swipe for the tikitty tok, ticker tok, whatever they call it. #youth 🎈.”

“This Is @shaymitchell she is a superwoman, a super friend, a super philanthropist, a super businesswoman, a super talented actor and producer and a super mom!!!” Troian Bellisario wrote. “I feel so lucky to be in your orbit you brightly burning superstar. Happy birthday. Here is to MANY MANY MORE (though hopefully all of the rest will not be in Quarantine).”

“Happy birthday my girl,” Ashley Benson added. “I love you @shaymitchell.”

“Thank you guys so much,” Shay later said in her Instagram Story. “Thank you all for the beautiful birthday messages, even though it’s a weird, weird time, I feel so loved on my birthday. I hope you guys are staying safe out there and I can’t wait for this all to be over so we can hang out and I can give all you guys a hug.”

Shay Mitchell is opening up about the support she has been receiving from friends and the people around her ever since becoming a mom four months ago.

The 32-year-old You and Pretty Little Liars actress credits these people as being her support system in her new role!

“I think especially having a newborn, you’re going up and down with your emotions and dealing with all new things that I’ve never had to deal with before,” Shay told Us Weekly. “It’s all the unknown is what I call it. So having a good group of friends and people around you who have either been through it, or can just be an ear to listen to all of your thoughts, and stories of what’s been going on [is key]. But you know, I have a really, really good support team and so I’ve been really fortunate with that.”

Shay Mitchell heads out to dinner in a soft blue look in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (February 19).

The 32-year-old actress is in the Big Apple as part of the Pampered with Love campaign.

Earlier in the day, Shay stopped by Strahan, Sara & Keke to chat about the campaign and make a “momfession” – she broke hospital rules before giving birth to daughter Atlas

“I was about to give birth and I had an epidural, which means you’re not allowed to eat,” Shay started to explain. “I snuck [in] snacks and didn’t tell anybody.”

She added, “They told me that you’re only allowed broth. I’m like ‘I’ve been here for 30 hours. Broth?’ Absolutely not. So, I had cheese, crackers and salami.”

Shay Mitchell is thanking her daughter Atlas for something unexpected!

The 32-year-old actress took to her Instagram to share a photo before heading out to an Oscars party and had to give the three-month-old some credit for part of her outfit.
