The duo — Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney — just dropped THREE new tracks from their upcoming album, Obsessed — “Road Trippin,” “How Not To” and the title track, “Obsessed”.
“The Obsessed album is for our fans, and surprising them is one of our favorite things to do,” Dan shared. “We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without them, so we wanted to give them more music sooner than they could buy it in stores.”

Dan + Shay are back with another feel-good, can’t-get-it-out-of-your-head song “Already Ready” from their upcoming album, Obsessed.
The guys — Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney not only unveiled the full audio track, but also debuted the music video!
“We love our fans and feel like [they] are a huge reason we’ve had the success we’ve had,” Dan shared about unveiling the tracklisting for the album with help from their fans.
He added, “Our fans are very involved in everything we do. We’re more like friends with them… We know their names, they know our names. To let them reveal the track titles has been really fun.”
Obsessed, available for pre-order now, is out on June 3rd.

“To be performing is kind of next-level,” Shay shared. “It’s going to be really cool, man. Dan’s been working really hard on the track, and it sounds bangin’, so it’s going to be a really fun performance.”
They added about their nomination, “Being nominated was the craziest thing ever. Just being nominated is such an honor for us. I mean � this is our second time being nominated, and I think it’s crazy, just for the amount of time that we’ve been together as a duo, it’s just crazy that we got nominated and this is our second year.”

“Blake is super funny. He’s just an everyday guy, playing basketball all day and hanging out,” Dan recently dished to CMT. “He actually came up on our bus a while ago, and he told us this funny story. This [tour] bus is pretty old, if you can’t tell.
He continued, “And so when Blake came up here, he was like, ‘Hey, man. I think this might be my old bus. I actually had it painted blue because they were asking me what color I wanted my bus, and I was holding a Bud Light can at the time, and I just told them to paint it this color.’”
