The 23-year-old actress recently spoke out about the criticism, saying that it didn’t matter.
“The critics have been absolutely horrific. They’re really, really horrible. You know, I just don’t think they like superhero movies. This movie isn’t perfect but it’s a wonderful film and the characters are incredible. We all worked really hard,” she told Reuters.
Cara added, “It doesn’t really matter what the critics say at the end of the day, it’s the fans that we made this movie for.”
Her co-star Margot Robbie expressed that she felt the same saying, “Critical acclaim is really nice, but we made it for the fans. If the fans like it, then we did our job.”

“I was like, ‘Wow,” like that’s cool. So we go and hang out for his birthday and I’m like, ‘Man, that’s really good. He wanted his family with him,’” Will explained while on The Tonight Show.
Will added, “And then we go to a restaurant…and Jaden was just particularly excited and we sit down and he looked at the waiter and says, ‘I’ll have a tequila!’ I said ‘Woah, woah man. Hold up. What you doing? and he says, ‘The drinking age is 18 in England, dad. I was like, ‘You joker!’”

Earlier in the day, the 23-year-old actress was spotted heading to the premiere with her girlfriend St. Vincent, although they did not walk the carpet together.
“I’m completely in love…Before, I didn’t know what love was real love. I didn’t understand the depth of it. I always used to think it was you against the world. Now I know the meaning of life is love. Whether that’s for yourself or for the world or your partner,” she explained.
Cara added, “As a child I used gay as a bad world, as in, ‘that’s so gay.’ All my friends did…[Her parents] have been so, so supportive. I’m obviously in love, so if people want to say I’m gay, that’s great. But we’re all liquid we change, we grow.”
FYI: Cara is wearing a Anthony Vaccarello dress, Louboutin boots and Hstern jewelry.
