Good news – we have a slew of brand new shows coming to us this fall! Bad news is The CW just canceled three of our favorites!

The network has chosen not to renew The Tomorrow People, The Carrie Diaries, or Star-Crossed.

As for which shows will be introduced, the Arrow spin-off The Flash, Rob ThomasiZombie, apocalyptic drama The Messengers, and dramedy Jane the Virgin have all been given the green light. The highly-anticipated Supernatural spin-off Bloodlines was passed on.

Meanwhile, fan favorites Beauty and the Beast and Hart of Dixie have each been picked up for another season.

'The Carrie Diaries' Does Prom - Read the Recap!

SPOILER ALERT! DO NOT CONTINUE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!

Our favorite Castlebury crew hit up their senior prom on tonight’s episode of The Carrie Diaries!

While Donna (Chloe Bridges) and Dorrit (Stefania Owen) each took dates, Carrie (AnnaSophia Robb), Mouse (Ellen Wong), Maggie (Katie Findlay), and Walt (Brendan Dooling) went stag as a group, which only solidified their friendship even more.

Weaver (Chris Wood) showed up to apologize to Carrie, while Sebastian (Austin Butler) stayed home to work on his skateboarding gig. He did make an appearance at the end of prom – tux and all – and decided that he was moving to California for good. He has yet to break the news to Carrie though!

Meanwhile, Bennet (Jake Robinson) swooped in to make amends with Walt, who told his parents that he was gay and tired of living a lie. To his surprise, his dad said he was proud of him and gave him his Dartmouth ring.

Finally, Carrie was offered a full-time position at Interview magazine, which meant she would have to skip out on college at NYU. She accepted the position, but her dad was less than thrilled and told her he was cutting her off completely!

We can’t wait to see what happens! Be sure to tune into the series finale next Friday, January 31 @ 8PM on The CW!
