Ansel Elgort and Nat Wolff exit their hotel in SoHo, New York City on Monday afternoon (May 5).
The two The Fault In Our Stars actors were joined by co-star Laura Dern while heading to a meeting.
“I probably cried and laughed the most during those few months, just because during the day, I’d be crying my eyes out on set and so emotional, and then at night, I’d be sitting in my apartment with Nat, crying of laughter, because he’d make the most absurd joke ever, or we’d be at dinner and he’d just make a joke,” Ansel recently dished about Nat’s sense of humor that was appreciated by every cast member.
Ansel added, “I literally, one night, went under the dinner table to compose myself because I was laughing so hard, and the restaurant was very, I think, a little bit disturbed.”

Shailene Woodley and her co-star Ansel Elgort exit a taxi while filming scenes for their new film The Fault in Our Stars on Wednesday (October 16) in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The young actors were nice enough to take photos with some fans between takes.

The film is about Hazel (Woodley) and Gus (Elgort), two teenagers who share an acerbic wit, a disdain for the conventional, and a love that sweeps them on a journey. Their relationship is all the more miraculous given that Hazel’s other constant companion is an oxygen tank, Gus jokes about his prosthetic leg, and they met and fell in love at a cancer support group.
The Fault in Our Stars is set to hit theaters on June 6, 2014!
Nat Wolff has officially joined The Fault In Our Stars, EW reports.
The 18-year-old actor/musician will star as Isaac, a close friend of Augustus Waters (Ansel Elgort) who is responsible for bringing him to the teenage cancer support group where Augustus and Hazel Grace (Shailene Woodley) first meet.
Laura Dern has also joined the project as Hazel’s mother.
Production on The Fault In Our Stars is expected to start next month in Pittsburgh, Penn.

Ansel Elgort is set to re-team with Shailene Woodley as he has been offered the role of Augustus Waters in the highly anticipated film The Fault in Our Stars, according to Entertainment Weekly.
The 19-year-old actor is currently filming the dystopian flick Divergent with Shailene as a brother-sister pair.
“Ansel is whip-smart and uber-charismatic and everything I dreamed for Augustus Waters,” the novel’s author John Green told EW. “I am by nature a cautious pessimist, but I’ll just say it: Now that we have Shailene and Ansel, I am completely, unreservedly psyched about this movie.”
“Ansel Elgort is the epitome of the boy John Green brought to life so vividly in his novel and he truly embodies the character traits we admire so much about Gus,” director Josh Boone added. “His humor, sensitivity, honesty and confidence floored us. Watching him with Shailene was like seeing the film for the first time. Hearing then say okay to each other was incredibly moving. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have found our Gus.”
