We have some more casting news for the upcoming Hunger Games prequel movie!
The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes has cast Ashley Liao and four others in the new film, Deadline reports.
These new stars will be joining previously announced Tom Blyth as Coriolanus Snow and Rachel Zegler as Lucy Gray Baird.
The upcoming prequel will see Coriolanus Snow at age 18, years before he would become the tyrannical President of Panem.
Young Coriolanus is handsome and charming, and though the Snow family has fallen on hard times, he sees a chance for a change in his fortunes when he is chosen to be a mentor for the Tenth Hunger Games…only to have his elation dashed when he is assigned to mentor Lucy Gray Baird, the girl tribute from impoverished District 12.
But, after Lucy Gray commands all of Panem’s attention by defiantly singing during the reaping ceremony, Snow thinks he might be able to turn the odds in their favor.
Uniting their instincts for showmanship and newfound political savvy, Snow and Lucy’s race against time to survive will ultimately reveal who is a songbird, and who is a snake.

The 21-year-old actress is having a major start to her career, as she will now star in the The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes as Lucy Gray Baird.
Lionsgate, the movie studio behind The Hunger Games franchise, confirmed the news on Tuesday (May 31) after rumors swirled over the weekend, and after Rachel sneakily confirmed the casting.
