Thomas Brodie Sangster keeps it sharp for the 2018 London Critics’ Circle Film Awards Nominations event in London on Tuesday morning (December 19).
The Maze Runner actor recently spoke to NY Daily News and revealed that he didn’t actually know that one of his other famous roles — as Jojen Reed in Game of Thrones — was that big.
“I’m still coming to awareness of how big it is,” he shared. “When I got the part, I didn’t really comprehend what it was.”
Thomas added, “I joined in season three and I don’t think season two had even come out yet, so it was more my friends who let me know how big of a deal it was.”
“There’s a lot of moments in the script that hark back to the first movie,” Thomas shared. “I hope that this one does the first and second justice. I think it will. I think it’ll be better.”
Thomas Brodie-Sangster doesn’t really need to point out that he grew up, but he definitely has!
The actor and on-screen love interest Olivia Olson took part in the Red Nose Actually trailer, holding up cue cards with the rest of their castmates — who debated just who was the one who aged the best.
And Liam Neeson points out that it was him — wasn’t it?
The special is set to air on May 25th on NBC’s Red Nose Day Special in the U.S.!

‘Love Actually’ Reunion Trailer Brings Back the Cue Cards

The cast is finally back to filming the final movie, The Death Cure, after Dylan was injured on set last year. It is scheduled to be released on January 12, 2018.

Actors Thomas Brodie-Sangster and Olivia Olson, who played the young kids in the film, were spotted filming new scenes for the short film that was announced yesterday — and it looks like they had some big news to share with Liam Neeson, who plays Sam’s step-father, Daniel.
Could it be that they’re getting married? Or moving in together? Either way, we know it’s something big just based on this pic alone!
Which proves, that Sam and Joanna were always meant to be together…
The short film will be in support of the UK’s Red Nose Day, benefiting Comic Relief.
“It was my first kiss and on-screen kiss too,” Olivia once said of her and Thomas‘ on screen kiss. “I was really nervous because I kind of had a crush on Thomas back in the day and I was also worried because I was taller than him.”
