Zendaya flashes a smiles while sitting down for a math tutoring session on Monday afternoon (April 15) in Los Angeles.

The 16-year-old actress/singer was on break from her Dancing With the Stars rehearsals.

Later that night, Z danced the Argentine Tango with her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy during the show in Los Angeles. They earned the season’s first 10 scores!

“Almost time to #Tango! 2night is gonna be epic! #DWTS #TeamValDaya. Remember 2 VOTE: 1-800-868-3406 & abc & FB & text msg “VOTE” 3406,” she tweeted beforehand.

Zendaya and Aly Raisman are still safe on Dancing With the Stars!

Aly, 18, danced a lively Samba with pro partner Mark Ballas and earned a 25/30. Zendaya, 16, showed off her Argentine Tango skills with Val Chmerkovskiy which got them the first two 10′s of the season, making them the leaders with 29/30.

“That was fire @iamValC and Zendaya… #dwts #marksview well deserved guys,” Mark tweeted of his competitors this season.

He added of his own partner, “Thanks for the awesome tweets.. Proud of @Aly_Raisman #dwts #marksview.”

Zendaya is also pictured below munching on some Fruity Pebbles earlier in the week in Los Angeles.

The 16-year-old actress/singer was joined by her parents and her good friend Trevor Jackson.

Zendaya gets into the mood with pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy for their Argentine Tango on Monday night’s (April 15) Dancing With the Stars in Los Angeles.

The two danced side-by-side with Val‘s brother Maksim and Anna Trebunskaya.

Zendaya and Val earned the season’s first 10s — from judges Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli! Len Goodman gave the duo a 9, making their total score 29/30.

“It was like a lemon tart: sharp and tangy at the top, crisp and tasty down below. That was a gem of a dance — well done!” Len told the team.

Aly Raisman and Zendaya are both safe after the Dancing With The Stars results show on Tuesday night (April 9).

“Well I hope I impressed Len tonight with my gymnastics… Didn’t have a chance to ask him if he was pleased with my back flip this time LOL,” Aly, 18, tweeted during the show after dancing with pro partner Mark Ballas, 26.
