In this week’s episode “Drive In The Knife,” Daphne (Katie Leclerc) and Travis (Ryan Lane) have a falling out that sets off a series of events that neither of them saw coming. Bay (Vanessa Marano) and Noah’s (Max Lloyd-Jones) relationship blossoms, but Emmett (Sean Berdy) won’t give up without a fight.
Meanwhile, Toby (Lucas Grabeel) meets a new girl, Elisa (Deutch) at his father’s campaign headquarters, a volunteer with a secret agenda.

We recently had the pleasure to chat with stars Zoey Deutch and Thomas Mann earlier this month and got the scoop on filming, their friendship and more. Check it:
JJJ: Thomas, Emmy Rossum talked to us about your “faux” dates with her during your down time. Did you freak out over the rats we heard about?
Thomas Mann: “No, I didn’t freak out. It was just a really nice touch to a really romantic evening. [laughs] No, I’m just kidding. We would go out and bond with our cast mates, so me and Emmy went out one night and literally sat with our feet dangling like over the edge of the side of where the Mississippi River is. It was super late at night, it was like drizzling rain, it was really picturesque and really nice. Then all of a sudden I see something and I’m like, ‘What is that a bird over there?’ And [Emmy] was like, ‘What are you blind? That’s a rat!’ There was a few of them! Yeah, we had some nice times together, for sure.”
Zoey Deutch: “Yeah, it always felt good for the rest of us when we would all be hanging have a great time and y’all would just split off and be like, look we’re the cool ones and we love each other! What? I’m not mad! I’m not bitter, you crazy loon! (laughs)”

It was just revealed that Zoey Deutch will be leading the cast of Vampire Academy and the 18-year-old actress could not be more excited.
“It’s crazy. I’m so excited!” she shared with MTV. “It was a physically exhausting process for me at least. I was very fully in it. I had already kind of started training because Rose Hathaway is very physical. She’s a protector. I still can’t believe it happened.”
Zoey continued about working with brothers Daniel and Mark Waters, “It is so funny. The script is so funny, and it is so interesting. I don’t even know what kind of genre it would be categorized in. It’s very different. And I’m very excited, and the tone is so interesting — and [director] Mark Waters, who I’m like a huge fan of. It’s going to be really crazy. It’s such a crazy-good character. She’s such a badass.”
Zoey Deutch steps out at the premiere of her new film, Beautiful Creatures, held at TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Wednesday night (February 6).
The 18-year-old actress, who plays Emily Asher in the film, wore an Oday Shakar dress, Jerome C. Rousseau heels, Norman Silverman earrings, and Le Vian rings.
While on the carpet, Zoey posed with her mom, actress Lea Thompson and sister Madeline. Zoey‘s boyfriend, actor Avan Jogia, also came out to support her.
“Beautiful Creatures @RavenwoodManor premiere is tonight! Weeeee! #beautifulcreatures,” she wrote before the event.
When asked if he’d ever been on somebody’s spell, Thomas shared with the glossy, “Not that I know of. But, I played with a ouija board once. Once is enough.”

Alice, who plays Lena Duchannes, spoke to JJJ about the Caster Ball in the film, out on February 14th.
“The Caster Ball was (costume designer) Jeffrey Kurland in his element,” she shared. “It was one of the hottest days on set and getting through the scene was as mad as the outfits…there was fainting. Extravagance and class in the heat of a Louisiana summer… props to Jeffrey.”
