Chelsea Staub & Debby Ryan: Twitter War!

Disney darlings Chelsea Staub and Debby Ryan arrive at Cedars Sinai Medical Center’s ROCK-N-REEL 2009 on Sunday afternoon (June 14) in Culver City, Calif.

During the event, the duo were having a Twitter war. At one point, Debby, 16, even stole Chelsea‘s, 20, phone to tweet on her account! See some of the tweets below:
