Happy Birthday, Chelsea Staub!

The JONAS leading lady turns 21 today!

To celebrate the big 2-1, Chelsea and her gal pals are heading off to Vegas! She tweeted, “Commence 21st birthday countdown! Road trip begins in less than 24 hours. I need to hydrate.”

Chelsea most recently popped up at the D23 Expo with good friend Tiffany Thornton.
