Debby Ryan: Dessert Before Dinner

The 16-year-old actress tweeted about the event, “Went to @FamousCupcakes opening then dinner with an old friend &a new one. yep, dessert THEN dinner. I’m OUT OF control. goodnight!”

Debby will be hosting the Girls (and Boys) Rock! Concert during the Tween Summit 2009 in Washington D.C. this weekend.
