Dakota & Elle Fanning: Co-Starring in Shaggs Movie?

Elle Fanning jumps off of a high step as she and big sis Dakota head back to their car after renewing their passports in West Hollywood on Saturday afternoon (March 12).

The sisters are reportedly in talks to star as siblings in a movie about the ’60s family girl band The Shaggs, according to NYMag.

Dot, Betty, Helen, and Rachel Wiggin didn’t really have what it took to make it big. But they still formed a group after their grandma visited a palm reader who said they would have worldwide success.
