Victoria Justice is all glitz and glam as she arrives at the 2011 MTV VMAs on Sunday (August 28) at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.

The 18-year-old actress just returned from NYC where her signing was rescheduled due to the weather.

Vic just took to Twitter this afternoon to announce an upcoming concert at the LA County Fair with a special guest — Leon Thomas!

“Yep! My good friend & the super talented @leonthomas3 . Show him some <3! We're so excited :{)" Victoria tweeted.
