Victoria Justice - Teen Choice Awards 2012

Victoria Justice lets her dress billow in the wind as she arrives at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday (July 22) in Universal City, Calif.

The 19-year-old actress wore a Gomez-Gracia dress with an, Effy bracelet, Lauren Merkin clutch and Schutz heels.
