That same day, the 24-year-old actress’ brother Derek was spotted befriending a dog outside the Dancing with the Stars studio before rehearsals in Los Angeles.

Earlier in the week, Julianne grabbed some late-night pizza with her BFF Nina Dobrev after the 2013 Met Gala in NYC.
