Avan Jogia arrives on the blue carpet at the 2013 Disney Media Networks International Upfronts held at Walt Disney Studios on Sunday (May 19) in Burbank, Calif.
The 21-year-old Twisted star was joined at the event by Revenge actress Christa B. Allen.
