Rachel Crow: Nick Cannon's Back to School Giveaway 2013

Rachel Crow steps out for the 2013 Back To School Giveaway hosted by Nick Cannon held at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza on Saturday afternoon (August 17) in Los Angeles.

The 15-year-old singer hit the stage to perform during the event. She also met up with fans as they picked up free school supplies.
