Rachel Crow is ready to perform at the Keep A Child Alive’s 20th Annual Dream Halloween held at the Barker Hangar on Saturday night (October 26) in Santa Monica, Calif.
The 15-year-old singer joined Tori Kelly and Zendaya as part of the night’s line-up!
