Sarah Hyland and boyfriend Matt Prokop walk hand-in-hand while out on Wednesday afternoon (February 19) in Sydney, Australia.

The longtime couple ventured out to Chinatown ahead of Sarah, 24, filming scenes for Modern Family. Matt even took a photo of Sarah with a lucky fan.
