Bella Thorne shows off her thin figure in a sheer top at the 2014 Vanity Fair Young Hollywood Party held at No Vacancy on Tuesday night (February 25) in Los Angeles.

The 16-year-old actress was joined at the event by her Surviving Jack pal Claudia Lee.
