Ross Lynch Wins Favorite TV Actor - For the 2nd Time - at KCAs 2014!

Ross Lynch steps on stage to accept his Favorite TV Actor award at the 2014 Kids’ Choice Awards held at USC Galen Center in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (March 29).

The 17-year-old actor/musician beat out Jack Griffo, Jake Short and Benjamin Flores, Jr. for the big win. This is Ross‘ second time winning the blimp.
