Brie Larson Joins Indie Drama 'Room'

Brie Larson is the queen of indies!

According to Deadline, the 24-year-old actress is set to star in the upcoming drama Room, directed by Lenny Abrahamson.

She will play “Ma, a woman kidnapped as a teenager who has been held captive for years in a tiny room where she lives with her 5-year-old son Jack. To the boy, Room is the only home he’s ever known.”

In case you didn’t know, Brie starred in the critically-acclaimed indie Short Term 12 last year. We can’t wait to see her in this new movie!
