Jake T. Austin & David Lambert Bring 'The Fosters' to Teen Choice Awards 2014!

Jake T. Austin looks super handsome while arriving at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (August 10) in Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old actor, who presented alongside Hilary Duff during the telecast, was joined by his Fosters co-stars David Lambert, Cierra Ramirez, and Hayden Byerly.

The show was nominated for a slew of awards, including Choice Drama Show, Choice Drama Actor for Jake, Choice Drama Actress for Maia Mitchell, Choice Summer TV Star for David, and Choice Summer TV Star for Cierra.

Sadly, they didn’t take anything home this time around, but we still adore the show!
