Justin Bieber flashes a smile as he makes his way inside Tao at the Dream Hotel with a few friends on Tuesday (September 9) in New York City.

That same evening, the 20-year-old singer made sure to stop and take photographs with fans leaving the Barclays Center of Brooklyn after stripping down to just his Calvin Klein boxer briefs on stage at 2014 Fashion Rocks.
