Becca Tobin shows a little shoulder while attending day two of New York Fashion Week Style Stop at the Empire Hotel on Tuesday (September 9) in New York City.
A few days earlier, the 28-year-old stepped out for the L.A.M.B. Fashion Show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2015.
