Miranda Cosgrove shows off her football throwing skills during her appearance on VH1′s Big Morning Buzz Live in New York City on Thursday morning (October 15).

The 20-year-old former iCarly star is promoting the launch of the new NFL Teens line and stopped by VH1 to chat with host Nick Lachey.
