Willow Shields Talks About 'DWTS' Injuries Before Monday's Show

Willow Shields pulls her hair back from her face after dance practice with Mark Ballas in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (April 4).

Last week, the 14-year-old actress suffered some injuries when preparing for her Paso Doble, and she opened up about them in a recent blog.

“Well the doctor checked me out and let me know that I would have some bruising and be really sore for at least two days. Good thing is that he said I could continue practicing unless any of the pain worsened. But there’s not a lot of time and losing even a half of a day would put me behind schedule,” she wrote.

Willow added, “But there’s nothing I can do. I went to a chiropractor that afternoon and besides trying to relieve my sore back he discovered I had a rib out of place and popped it back into position. Instantly, I felt better and my breathing even became easier. I think this chiropractor may be my new bestie!”
