Willow Shields and Mark Ballas know exactly how to have some fun while shooting a new promo for Spring Break week for Dancing With The Stars on Friday afternoon (April 17) in Los Angeles.
The 14-year-old actress and Mark, 28, had some fun shooting the promos after working on their dance for the show on Monday.
