Kelsea Ballerini hits the red carpet in a super cute dress at the 2015 Radio Disney Music Awards held at Nokia L.A. Live in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (April 25).
The 21-year-old singer switched up her look from earlier, where she performed at the RDMAs Pre-Party Festival along with Sweet Suspense, Alex Angelo and Jacquie Lee.
