Maddie Ziegler To 'Dance Spirit' Mag: I Feel Like 'Hannah Montana'

Maddie Ziegler takes over the May/June 2015 cover of Dance Spirit magazine.

The 12-year-old dancer opens up about working with Sia, her fans and more. Check it:

On Dances Moms: “So many opportunities have come from Dance Moms, and I’m grateful for that, [but] Almost every episode has something I wish wasn’t there, and sometimes I just want my privacy.”

On her fans: “It’s hard to take pictures with fans because if I take one picture then everyone wants one. Sometimes, like when we’re at Disneyland, I just have to say, ‘Sorry, it’s my day off, and I just want to have fun.’ But I never want to be rude to fans�usually they’re amazing!”

On her Hannah Montana life: “I feel like Hannah Montana: I’ve got my normal brown hair when I’m competing and on Dance Moms, but when I put on that blonde wig for Sia, I go undercover�I become a total weirdo.”

On acting: “That was just so cool [guest starring on Austin & Ally], because it’s my favorite show. Dance will always be my number-one passion, but I definitely want to keep doing scripted TV shows, and I’d love to be in a movie.”
