Cody Simpson hits up the unveiling of Louis Carreon‘s mural at The Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles on Friday night (June 12).

The 18-year-old musician just returned from performing at DoSomething.org’s Spring dinner in New York City the night before.

“Excited to partner up with the #SpecialOlympics this year!” Cody recently tweeted.

Cody will be featured on the official track “Reach Up” for the 2015 World Games. The new song debuts Monday, June 15th, and will be performed during the Opening Ceremonies on July 25th.

Marc Roberge of the rock band O.A.R., Breanna Bogucki, a singer and decorated Special Olympics athlete from Illinois who has Autism, and Madison Tevlin, a young Canadian woman with Down Syndrome who became a viral sensation earlier this year will also be featured on the track.
