Miley Cyrus puts her arm around little sister Noah as they head to lunch together on Wednesday afternoon (July 29) in Los Angeles.
The 22-year-old entertainer shared a cute Instagram photo of her 15-year-old sibling in the driver’s seat on Instagram, writing, “F-ck Uber when you got a lil sister with a permit!!!!”
