James Maslow Has Always Been Attracted To EDM Music

James Maslow plays a little peek-a-boo in this hot shot from the August 2015 issue of Bello.

The 25-year-old actor opened up about acting, music and more. Check it:

On his music: “My solo music reflects the music that I personally listen to. It’s influenced by electronic, soul and pop. So far I’ve written on every song, but I’m bringing in other great songwriters and artists to collaborate with me. I’ve always looked up to Jared Leto and Justin Timberlake because they have successfully bridged the gap between being great musicians and great actors. However, I’ve always been attracted to EDM so my new music is reflecting a little bit of that world. In fact, I’m partnering with a couple awesome DJs in creating this album.”

On his next project: “At the moment I’m traveling and finishing my music. But I have a movie called Wild For The Night coming out soon and am currently working towards starting another big acting project.”

On his love for traveling: “I’m currently traveling Israel and this is a beautiful country. I’ve also had fun in Germany, Brazil and Mexico to name a few favorites.”
