Sarah Hyland Trips On Stage At Teen Choice Awards With Skylar Astin

Sarah Hyland almost blends into the background at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards held at the Galen Center on Sunday (August 16) in Los Angeles.

The 24-year-old Modern Family actress was joined by Pitch Perfect star Skylar Astin, and later hit the stage together to present an award.

“You guys. I tripped. I tripped on camera. I tripped on stage in front of all you. ???? #mylife #clumsyforlife,” Sarah tweeted after stumbling on stage.
