Justin Bieber shows off a brand new ‘do while stepping out at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (August 30) in Los Angeles.
The 21-year-old singer is gearing up to hit the stage for a performance of his brand new single “What Do You Mean?” for the first time live!
