Mark Ballas becomes the photographer while snapping a pic with a fan outside the dance studio in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon (September 8).
The 29-year-old pro dancer and his partner, Alexa PenaVega, kept on rehearsing their debut number for the premiere of Dancing With The Stars.
