The 34-year-old singer surprised fans by dropping the new track on iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify and other digital retailers on Friday (September 11).

“‘Stand By You’ is a stomp-your-feet, throw-your-hands-up, all-out celebration of love,” Rachel shared about the tune. “It’s a love song at its core, and it’s about being the hands to catch someone if they need to fall. I’m honestly obsessed with this song. Is that okay to say?”

“Stand By You” will be featured on Rachel‘s forthcoming album, along with her hit, “Fight Song”.
