OlderElle Fanning Left Homeschooling Behind For Proms & Friends
Elle Fanning laugh through her smile as she arrives at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (November 4).
The 17-year-old actress was joined by her mom Joy for the flight out of town after hanging out with her dad a few days before.
“I was home-schooled, and it was only a short period of time, but I was like, ‘I have no friends,’” Elle shared with Nylon about getting the chance to go to regular school.
She added, “My parents have known each other since second grade, and they’re still together. They didn’t start dating until college, but they always talk about their high school, and I was like, ‘I have to have that! I want to experience all the proms and be able to talk about that one kid everyone knew.’”
