Dove Cameron Performs 'For Good' From 'Wicked' With Kristin Chenoweth

Dove Cameron poses with Kristin Chenoweth backstage before their epic duet happened at Walt Disney Concert Hall on Friday night (November 6) in Los Angeles.

The two, who star as Mal and Maleficent in Descendants together, performed a duet of “For Good” from Wicked, which Kristin also starred.

“Nov 6: last night I performed my favorite song from my favorite musical with one of my favorite people in the world at the Walt Disney Concert hall. @kchenoweth, you’ve been my hero since I was 7 years old, and I’ve watched you and learned from you throughout my whole life. Thank you for nurturing me as a performer, and for allowing a huge fan to become a friend,” Dove wrote on Instagram later.

She added, “So honored to be the first person to ever play the Galinda to your Elphaba! I love you more than I have words to say. ?”

Liv and Maddie showrunner John Beck was lucky enough to see the performance. He wrote on Twitter later, “So proud to see @DoveCameron & @KChenoweth perform tonight at #DisneyConcertHall #LivAndMaddie #Descendants #ForGood.”
