Kat Graham looks stunning in red while heading out of the Saturday Night Live after-party at Hill Country restaurant on Saturday evening (December 12) in New York City.

The 26-year-old Vampire Diaries star partied with a bunch of the cast, including that night’s host, Chris Hemsworth.
