Ruby Rose meets up with singer Halsey for a lunch date at Katsuya on Monday (December 21) in Hollywood.

The 29-year-old actress recently parted ways with her fiancee Phoebe Dahl, and these new photos have sparked a rumor that perhaps she has moved on with the young entertainer! Since it’s just rumors, we can only assume they’re friends.
