Jason Derulo Works Hard for His Famous Abs

Jason Derulo showed off his abs on Instagram on Tuesday (December 29) with the caption, “#Naked coming soon.”

The 26-year-old singer recently opened up to the Chicago Tribune about what it takes to keep his abs on point.

“I go pretty hard. I intake at least 3,200 calories a day,” he said. “They’re not fun calories, you know what I’m saying?”

Jason said his work ethic extends to his music career.

“I always was a really hard worker,” he said. “That just came from loving what I did. I was always obsessed with music, and performing in general. It was easy for me to work hard, because it’s kind of an obsession.”
