Halsey Talks to Her Fans Like 'Real Human Beings'

Halsey rocks red lips on the brand new cover of the latest issue of Billboard magazine.

The 21-year-old singer opened up to the glossy about her fans, the Presidential election, and more. Check it:

On her support for Bernie Sanders: “…While I know people in the industry who want to vote for someone who will protect them financially, I’m looking for a person who will make sure my 17-year-old brother doesn’t get killed someday because he’s half-black….”

On her drinking: “I’m 21, so I’m still in that stage when if you hand me something alcoholic, I’ll drink it.”

On how her fans treat her on social media: “I talk to them like real f-cking human beings, because they are. But then there’s also a sense of entitlement, where they feel like they have the right to chastise me like they would a friend. And sometimes you want to be like, ‘Who the f-ck are you to say that?’”
