Dove Cameron made us smile like she’s smiling in this uber happy pic today.

The 20-year-old Liv and Maddie actress took to Twitter to uplift her fans about loving themselves, talking, and other inspiring things and we need to spread them everywhere.

“Your life isn’t about anyone but you. Don’t make decisions based on how others feel or MIGHT feel. It’s ok to do what you want just because,” she started out, adding, “When did self love/positive self talk become so taboo.”

After talking with fans about loving being themselves and not letting anyone put them down, Dove opened up about dealing with her father’s death.

“Actually fully talking about my dad. started therapy yesterday, learning tons. U should not have 2recover from people u love,” she wrote. “Don’t keep quiet about what you’re going through/what you need. The only way to heal is to acknowledge that we are constantly in process.”

Dove added, “Still figuring it out! Don’t even know what it all is yet. definitely have to process my dads death b4 anything else.”
