Alex Newell brings the attitude in the new “Basically Over You” music video, which was released on Monday (March 28).

The 23-year-old Glee star appears alongside America’s Next Top Model’s Nyle Dimarco in the sassy video.

Nyle plays Alex’s ex-boyfriend, who gets an unwelcome surprise when Alex throws a “getting over you” party at his apartment while he’s gone.

In real life, Nyle is stealing the show with dancing partner Peta Murgatroyd on the current season of Dancing With the Stars.
