Eddie Redmayne Debuts 'Fantastic Beasts' Trailer During MTV Movie Awards 2016 - Watch Now!

A brand new trailer just debuted for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them during the 2016 MTV Movie Awards held at Warner Bros. Studios on Sunday (April 10) in Burbank, Calif.

Eddie Redmayne, the film’s star, introduced the clip to the audience.

Here’s a synopsis: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens in 1926 as Newt Scamander has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident�were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.

The Harry Potter prequel film was written by the book’s original author J.K. Rowling! The movie hits theaters on November 18, 2016.
