Justin Bieber shows off his shorter, blonder hair in this new shot from Instagram.

The 21-year-old “Sorry” singer had been teasing fans on Instagram about the change, while promoting his new Emoji app.

“I just dyed my hair. If you wanna see it, download justmoji from the App store,” he wrote.

Justin later debuted the new ‘do on Instagram, while playing billiards with race car driver Lewis Hamilton.
