Harvey Guillen Jets Off To Vancouver To Join 'Status Update' with Ross Lynch

Harvey Guillen is the latest star to join Status Update as Lonnie.

The former Eye Candy actor shared the exciting news on his Instagram page with a pic of most of the cast’s headshots.

“Meet some of the cast of @statusupdatemovie …. Fitting , then stunt training ( that’s right I do my own stunts ????????) then dinner with the cast !.. @scott_speer I’ll see u soon!” Harvey captioned.

Scott Speer will direct the flick about a teenager (Ross Lynch) who, after being uprooted by his parents’ separation and forced to move, stumbles upon a magical app that causes his social media updates to come true.

After becoming the hero of his new high school, his newfound power starts to cause all sorts of problem, sending him crashing back down to earth.

Olivia Holt, Courtney Eaton, Gregg Sulkin and Maki Moore will also star.
