The 17-year-old model has been dating Chloe Moretz on and off for the past two years and she recently opened up about how they make their long distance relationship work.

“It’s all trust and communication. You have to have a model of trust and leave it up in the air and make sure you can hope for the best,” Chloe told People. “Make sure you’re both invested, then you’re good to go.”
